Alexis Paz

Hello!

My name is Professor Alexis K. Paz. I am a 1st year professor at Pacific Oaks College and a 3rd (final) year doctoral student at Liberty University. My academic accolades have focused within the realm of business administration and have synergistically paired with my professional endeavors in residential real estate. When I am away from educational tasks, I focus my attention within my real estate company, AP Partners and Estates Inc., where I act as a Founder/CEO and Realtor, specializing in residential real estate sales. The research that is performed within my doctoral program focuses on leadership dynamics within real estate corporations, which furthermore highlights the necessary methodologies that are championed within efficient real estate corporations in Santa Clarita, California. My goal with this research is to not only present compelling discoveries that may assist real estate firms across the professional sector, but also grant the ability for the research to be extended into newfound territories that may enhance the real estate sales experience.

Since the early stages of my educational career, I have always had a passion for learning new ideologies and methodologies that may enhance my daily practices. Additionally, I have also paired this passion with teaching others similar principles, in hopes of establishing innovative performance metrics that are both sustainable and effective. Operating as a professor for this respected educational institution provides me with the ability to share both of these passions, which is why I am so honored to spread the missions and visions of this establishment with students, staff members, and other educational leaders.
