Doctor Monks has been adjunct faculty for Human Development and Early Childhood Education since 2013. Grounded Theory Study - Increasing Capacity

Question and Answer
Please describe your teaching philosophy.

My philosophy of teaching is that individual learn best by doing. Each person has different learning styles, however, being actively involved helps any individual to learn and understand. In my opinion, teaching is facilitating learning for each other. Every person has knowledge gained through life experience or formal training, sharing this knowledge and applying it to educational theories or concepts helps to understand and increase a person's skills.
