Dr Getman holds a PhD in Leadership and Organizational Behavior. He is also a former Naval Officer, with over 24 years of mentoring, leadership, and coaching experience. In addition, Dr Getman is an experienced University Professor in a multitude of Leadership and Communication disciplines. His expertise is Engagement, Mentoring and Coaching and encouraging adults to seek their highest potential!
